Always been by here, but it was always a little sketchy. I went in for a car state inspection sticker. No one was at the desk. A guy was sitting down, taking a phone call. He stepped out, then came back and asked for my keys. I couldn't recognize if he was a mechanic or not. Didn't ask for registration or anything. Later came back with the keys, the car had a sticker on it, and asked for the money. So overall, service was fast, but I was a little confused.

I called here as I was in the area with a sudden check engine light. I wish I asked for the man’s name on the phone, but he was so pleasant and helpful. He let me know my car probably had a recall and wouldn’t want to charge me for something that could be free. It’s so hard to find honesty anymore. Thank you so much it ended up being a free recall at the dealership!

Went in for an inspection sticker and the tech refused to even look at the car stating the tint on the windows is illegal. The tint on the windows came with the car when I bought it in 2010 and has never been an issue until now. I even used Edwards for inspections in the past. F for customer service, F for competence, F for consistency.

My husband for a week and a half had been trying to get his exhaust fixed , went to ADT in charlton was told we had to order entire exhaust at 700.00 so we contacted another auto body shop in Oxford dropped car off two days later ughhh can’t do it blah blah blah , husband and I took a ride from charlton to southbridge on a whim to see if w could speak with a mechanic about this exhaust we stopped at Edwards … with out hesitation he told my husband sure I’ll have it done in a few hours, we dropped it off at noon at by 4:00 pm we get the calm the car is ready !!!! First time here also , great job fair price and done fast impressed is an understatement! Blown away that two other highly rated garages had excuses and not enough time or just didn’t wanna do it !
