Very down to earth and friendly salesman including the other employees that helped me to get my SUV. The salesman listened to me and found exactly what I wanted that fit my budget as well. He made sure to thank me for my business and made sure to tell me to call him with any questions or concerns. I appreciate the extra mile he took for me.

There is no excuse for the slow service a person receives to get a car serviced. I let this go the last time this happened but I feel there needs to be a change. I was scheduled for service at 11:00am. They didn't pull my vehicle onto the rack until about 11:48 and was not finished until 12:51. I'm not impressed with their service dept.

I was there at 10 for my appt. Only 2 of us in waiting room. As time went on more people came and they all left before me. I was there 2 very long hours with no discount for the long wait. Seeing people leave before me having their oil changed also did not sit well with me. You can do better.

Would give them a 0 star if i could. Bought a vehicle from here and 1.5 month in it stopped working. First they said it was nothing, then the rocker arms, and then a whole motor re-built... 2 months later and still no progress on the truck, supposably hasnt even been approved to work on by the warranty. I asked if i could get something different and they said no due to the value of the truck i literally bought there being too low. The customer service here is non-existent and they do not offer any alternatives to resolve this issue. This is by far the worst experience with a dealership i have ever had.
