I recently purchased a "certified" used 2023 Kia K5 GT-line from this dealership last month. I haven't made a single payment on it yet, and both front wheel bearings are bad and in need of replacement. Again, this was supposedly a "certified" vehicle. A used vehicle becomes a certified used vehicle (CPO) when it meets specific manufacturer criteria for age and mileage, undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection, is repaired to meet manufacturer standards, and is backed by an extended manufacturer warranty. LAURA IN SERVICE= BEST EVER!!! Previously had a poor experience with Edwards Kia after our Telluride purchase but the service experience with Laura has made me loyal to Kia. She is always friendly to speak with and remembers me every time I come in. If we have a problem service cannot fix, she has personal recommendations for my issues. She tries her best to qualify our issues under our warranty and I trust her when she tells me if something is not covered. She goes the extra mile.

I have brought my vehicle to Edwards Kia in Council Bluffs a couple of times now. The first visit was not too bad. They gave us a loaner car, which helped a lot, and they did fix the main issue we brought it in for, which was the A/C. We also had issues with the infotainment system, which was replaced, but the replacement downgraded the quality of the backup camera significantly. On top of that, the dashboard was not put back together correctly. There is now visible spacing that was not there before. That infotainment issue really falls on them. The replacement just was not done properly, and the quality is noticeably worse.
