I was visiting from out of state and needed some work done on my car before heading back. Even with a busy schedule, Jonathan squeezed me in and made sure everything was taken care of. Took the car in for an oil change and front brake replacement, but they also discovered my starter was bad — something that could’ve left me stranded on the road. I’m so thankful he caught it and fixed it for me. Jonathan was honest, helpful, and even gave me a discount, which I really appreciated given how expensive car repairs can be these days. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and fast, reliable work — I’ll definitely be back when I am in town and need auto repairs again. Highly recommend and love supporting local!

These reviews are likely from friends and family. We took our van here after calling a few places, they had okay reviews and seemed legitimate. The van needed just a wheelbearing. The guy said it would be done early the next day, then it changed to by 1pm. We had gotten a rental for that one day, pulled up at 1:30 and he had just begun working on it at all. Then he doesn't have the right tool, needed a torch. Had to call someone else to get one, did. Unfortunately he still did not know what he was doing and got it partially off but made it worse by hitting on it at an angle clearly in frustration. I had brake issues. Last guy that worked on them made a couple mistakes (me). Called Mr. Eggert spoke with him about replacing pretty much the whole system minus lines and pump, he gave me a good price. I dropped it off, he got it done in a very timely manner and was very professional about everything even looked at a couple other issues and got the ac running. Excellent service.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The shop was out of a garage. They couldn't fix the issue and made it worse, by breaking another piece that had to be ordered from out of state. Ruined a whole family vacation.

Mr Johnathan is the best. He gave me regular updates about my baby (car). He included my son in our (text) conversation (he knew I was nervous about trusting someone with my baby especially not knowing anyone in mobile). If I had any questions he would answer them and didn't mind doing so. His prices are the best as well as his mechanical skills and with him communicating with you. I had a blown head gasket, replacement of radiator and SEVERAL other things. I will Not trust NO ONE else with my car But Mr Johnathan. He has her Running like a new car. Mr Johnathan is the best!!
