El Car Wash - Blue Heron West

Every time I take my vehicle to this location, the machine splatters grease residue all over my new 2020 Hylander that I wash daily. I have repeatedly told and shared the issue with the staff and yet the issue has continued. It takes hours to clean all the grease like dirty residue off of my vehicle. I gets all over my rims that also now have permanent scratches. In addition I always request no tire shine or brushes on my wheels and yet the brushes and tire shine happens. They assure me that the matter has been resolved. I will not come to this location any longer and honestly will be canceling my unlimited membership with El Car wash. Several other locations seem to also have many maintenance issues that do not get fixed. Such as the vacuums that barely worked or the detail compressed air

I came to El Car Wash today and met Kelly who was absolutely amazing ! She stood at the front and greeted me with a smile. She told me about all the membership fees. She even let me know that me tore was low!!! She was so attentive and so sweet hearted !! She made my experience so much better!!!!
