Today was my very first visit to the Palm Beach El Car Wash, and I’ll admit—I wasn’t entirely sure how things worked here. From the moment I pulled in, I felt a little overwhelmed, but that quickly changed thanks to one of the employees, Zion. Zion was absolutely amazing. He noticed I was a bit confused and immediately stepped in to help, walking me through the process with patience and kindness. What stood out most was how he explained everything so clearly, without a hint of judgment or making me feel out of place. Always a great experience, my car is always so clean and the workers are so helpful especially Zion! He’s so attentive and kind, he made it a wonderful experience. Love that they offer everything you need to get your car looking spiffy! My new favorite Car wash location! Great prices too!!

I have a problem with them giving me the correct wash often and I complain to corporate but nothing is ever resolved. This time me and my son was stick.in the washer and no one knew what to do. The manager was gone and a bunch of kids were left there with no courtesy or respect enough to acknowledge me when I was able to come inside. The I stood there 10 minutes while he was explaining to someone that he could fix it and the manager telling him No! there is only one hour left... My anxiety was through the roof and because you have a membership they do not care because you can just come tomorrow. The other photos and videos I will not show because I was not the only car stuck and the tags numbers show.
