I had a great experience at El Car Wash! The place is clean, quick, and very well organized, but what really made my visit stand out was the amazing customer service. Sam was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. She greeted me with a smile, explained the options clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in his work. My car came out spotless and shining—definitely one of the best washes I’ve had. Thanks to Sam and the whole team for making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend El Car Wash!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend This Place! They’re new in Michigan, everything is super clean, organized, and easy to use. I really liked that they offer glass cleaner, interior cleaning spray, air freshening spray & vacuums all on-site — it made cleaning my whole car inside and out so simple. The employees are wonderful and really informative🩷 The vacuums have strong suction, the interior cleaning stations are a huge bonus. Plus, they’re running a great promotion right now I believe ! So far there is one on location on 12 mile & mound Rd (Meijers plaza) & 16 mile and Dequindre Rd check them out! 🩷

I spoke to the manager here at the washington car three times same car within fifteen minutes.The car wash does not wash the car.They won't give me a refund.They're saying that the car looks great.Still look at all.The dirt I put in the pictures and I even took a picture at the car.Wash to show you that they're scammers.They're trying to steal your people's money. Manager lied says there no phone number to calk then refused refund. I'm a donald trump type of person.So this is what I am doing.I'm disputing it with chase bank credit card.I'm making chase bank along with Chase Bank debit card and credit cards block this car wash from doing business with any customer. I'm gonna help them reduce their sales this year. So they close. Since no one wants to give me a refund and play games with me.

Naomi did an outstanding job on my car. From the moment I pulled up, he was professional, respectful, and really paid attention to detail. My car looks spotless inside and out - like it just came off the lot. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I'll definitely be back and asking for Naomi again. And Sam provided excellent service and made the whole experience smooth and easy. She was friendly, thorough, and made sure every detail was taken care of. My car hasn't looked this clean in a long time. Great customer service and even better results. Highly recommend asking for Naomi!
