★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst tire shop I’ve ever dealt with. I originally went to El Gallo Tire Shop (formerly Miguel’s Tire Shop) because of a flat tire. They told me I needed to buy a new one, so I did. Not even two hours later, while driving on the freeway in pouring rain, the tire completely came off the rim — almost causing my wife to lose control of the car. By nothing short of luck, she managed to avoid a serious accident. We had the car towed back to their shop, thinking they would make things right. Instead, they immediately blamed us, claiming the tire must have been “driven flat” and refused to replace it. Their “solution”? Fill it with slime/tire sealant like some backyard patch job.
