El Jebel Autowash

Just left here after paying $20 for a car wash. And my car looks like this. Then I go to vacuum my car and it’s $5 and only takes card, no cash. I won’t be going here again, I’d rather just drive further down Vally and go anywhere else.

When this place first opened it was truly great. Left your car spotless and pristine. The last 2 times I’ve been, I’ve gotten home really disappointed with the wash. For $20 and the supposedly spot free rinse + detail, the touch less machines are not doing a great job. For how new and a convenient location this place is, it’s sad to see this result.

I had been a customer since their first day, until today. The pictures show what my vehicle looked like after the Capitol Peak wash. When I submitted feedback that today’s wash was not my normal experience, they did call me right away. Anthony called to tell me that since my truck may have been outside in the rain, or parked near sprinklers, I could have received these results. He then told me that multiple vehicles had gone through after mine and are fine, and then accused me of trying to play him for a free wash. I never asked for my money back and he NEVER apologized. But, the pictures here clearly show the results of an El Jebel Autowash. Save your money & go elsewhere!

Terrible car wash and they damaged my paint on a brand new car. If you have a Rivian don’t come here

Nice, new car wash. Works very well and is touchless which is much better for your paint. Even the cheapest wash includes drying and they have some powerful vacuums too. Nice guys as well.
