Stopped by NAPA in El Jebel, CO again last week. As always, the staff were amazing - professional and friendly. Susan, who is always amazing, is still there with her smiling face and Ivan joined in to help with a battery issue I was having. A relatively small customer issue, but big to me, and they couldn't have been more helpful. I've never had a less than 10-star experience there - over 20 years!

Online ordering was down, so I called the store to order a part. The woman (Susan) who answered was very rude. I was unable to order it over the phone and she mocked the fact that I'd need to come in. But we needed the part so my wife drove down to order it. The same woman was extremely rude and challenging. She mis-rang a discount and wouldn't fix the error, was mocking and unprofessional. On that, they tacked on a $15 shipping charge that they didn't have on the website. So I called customer service, who told me to wait till the part came in, cancel it, and order again online to skip the charge and apply the proper discount. Got to the store at 5:58 had already called in advance to get my part. Door was locked and I could see the dude just staring at me inside. Not chill

My recent visit to the Napa store was less than satisfactory due to an interaction at checkout. While the initial service was seamless, the situation escalated during payment. I chose not to receive a printed receipt after my credit card was approved. However, the individual I perceived to be the store manager intervened unnecessarily, insisting that the transaction was not complete without a printed receipt. This interruption not only displayed a lack of understanding of their own payment system but also suggested incompetence in the managerial role. It is my sincere hope that the individual in question receives adequate training to fill the evident gaps in knowledge and to improve their customer service approach. We went here to replace our windshield wipers. The kind gentleman today informed of my options and the pros and cons. He didn’t try to upsell me and quickly replaced the wipers for me free of charge. Great service!
