Disappointing from start to finish. Have rented from them since 2019 from the Sepulveda Blvd branch where the staff and experience was 5star. Then rented this year from the HQ on Firestone and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. The equipment “this is a new unit” (that had 41k miles on it) the layout was horrible and awkward. For a “Large” RV 26 feet seemed small. Maybe I got lucky in the past, but “choose a size” does not mean that the layout is going to work for you. The fridge stopped working and the response was “turn it off for a few hours and see if it restarts. Sure.
