El Primo Auto & Tires

A quick trip after work for an emergency tire fixed. Big screw in the middle of my tread. They were able to patch it, took care of me immediately. There are plenty of guys working there. They were all very nice. I was in and out of there in probably 15 minutes. It was cheap to fix. They are open till 7 o’clock, and they mean it, unlike the tire shop down the road that was supposedly open till 7 o’clock, but had all the guys go home done for the day at six. Great work ethic. Really appreciate they were there for me in my moment of need. Will definitely go back next time I need any tire work, including new tires.

Came up here a few days ago for somebody to look at my brakes. I paid them $15. The man said they were good to turn around and went somewhere else in the other place said that my rotors and brakes were bad and that’s what my noise was coming from and I came back up here to confront them about it, and the man act like he did not care. He was shaking his shoulders and laughing… Then when I called before I came up here to whoever was in the office I told him I’ll be up here in less than five minutes and all of a sudden there was nobody in the office when I came here, will not come here again

I came up there with 4 tires that I had just bought from someone private and I needed them to be put on my 22" rims. First thing that struck me as odd was I walked into the middle of the parking lot where every employee could see me with keys and phone in hand looking like I needed assistance. Nobody budged... I had to walking to their work area to grab an employee's attention and it wasn't surprising that there was a language barrier. After about 5 minutes of explaining the simple task of swapping tires, something that I found oddly frustrating given its a tire shop, he told me how much he it would cost, I agreed and then he looks at the tire co.pared to the rim and tells me that it won't fit. Very friendly Staff. They gave me two options to fix the tire: The cheaper and the Safer ones ... LOL. Service was well done in few minutes. I recommend them to everyone !!!

El Primo was fantastic! My SPARE tire popped and I had to get my car towed. We got there 15min before they closed and everything was done well within that 15 minutes. They even let me know what the issue was with my original tire and fixed that as well. Exceptional!
