I came in to have two front tires installed on my factory VW black 18” rims and left with the lip completely scraped all the way around. I warned them their machine didn’t have a rubber boot and could cause damage, but they assured me it wouldn’t happen. When it did, instead of taking responsibility, they claimed the rims were painted and ‘dry rotted’, which makes no sense since they’re factory rims and only one was damaged. No effort was made to fix the problem, just excuses. Very disappointing experience, especially when I go out of my way to support small businesses. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

They were very helpful and the tires that I was looking for my truck we're almost new.prices for them where 50 bucks.they do other things there from what I understand also.

Well I been going here for years and they always done me right except for lately I didn't have time to go with the ol lady today so I sent her on her own and of course they charged her double what they normally do. So if you ask me they will take advantage of a woman so they ain't to honest in my opinion. Not to mention the last tire they put on my truck which I paid $75 for had a hole in it had to go back the next day and pay another 25 for a patch. So they will sale you some leaking tires also I don't think ill be back

I went there to get a used tire. The service was quick. The tire is in good condition respectful people, but their employee stripped my Lugnuts and snapped two of them. They refused to make it right. They hung up on me multiple times I went up there they argued with me then they finally refunded me on top of that I still have to wait 10 business days. Just be mindful when you go to this business to get a tire change keep an eye on the employees to make sure they don’t vandalize your stuff. They are not that mindful of others belongings

My tire valve was broken, they took care of it quickly for me. Very nice people here, thank you for the hospitality.
