My mom has had an ongoing issue with her car recently and this place has been treating us with nothing but kindness and been transparent the whole way through the process. They’ve been super helpful and have been able to work with us on price very reasonably. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants a mechanic who’s efficient and willing to try and work with you.

we had a blow out on the freeway and we were struggling to find a tire shop. our super awesome tow truck driver called one of his friends here at el vecino and they hooked us up on 4 used tired in good condition. they even had a small pool of water to check for leaks after balancing and mounting the tires. as someone who’s worked in the automotive industry for a long time i appreciate the ethics. 5 stars.

My family business has used this place for our fleet and personal vehicles to get new tires, mechanical work, heck even a new engine. These guys will do everything they can to help you and get what you need at a very reasonable price.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this particular location. I went there to get my tire patched, but when I got my vehicle back, I noticed that the rim was dirty and had scratches that were impossible to remove. To make matters worse, they charged me $20 instead of the $10 they had quoted me over the phone. On the other hand, I have always received respectful treatment for both myself and my car at Pacific Tire Shop on 4th street. I suggest you go elsewhere for your tire needs. Thank you guys for permanently scratching my rim. I know you care less, you made that very obvious.
