Looked for a motorhome for a while. I live in Florida but did a nationwide search for this specific high end motorhome. I spoke to Mel on the phone a couple of times before making a decision. I could tell by our conversation he was genuine. This is very hard to come by today. I made a deal with him over the phone. We flew out to Texas a few days later to see this RV in person. We purchased a 2014 Class C from here. Excellent service and they listened to our needs. They answered our questions honestly. Great selection of used class A, B, C and trailers - all looked in great shape. They made sure everything was working before we took possession. They even called us back when we had questions (we are older and don't always get it the first time - the manufacture's manual was given to us, but naturally it was a little generic). Couldn't give them a higher rating.

My wife and I drove down from KC to meet Mel to look at an RV he had. We were greeted by one of his Technicians (Chris) who took us to the RV and did a walk thru with us. Chris explained everything in detail and Mel joined us. Both Chris and Mel gave us the best Customer Service I have had in a long time.
