I purchased a 1998 Pontiac Trans Am in August or 2025. Randy was great to work with. Very straight forward and honest. When we got home with our vehicle we discovered that the passenger outer door shell had begun to separate from the inside portion. I contacted Randy and sent him pictures. He quickly offered to repair I but We live 3 hours from his place of business. Without any promoting from me, Randy contacted one of the best body shops in my area (2 miles from my home) and made arrangements for the repairs to be made there. He paid for all of it without hesitating. Thanks Randy

Before and after shots. After considerable deliberation with myself, I stopped at Eleanor's and it was worth it for me. A simple detailing wasn't delivered. What was delivered , for me, is a revival of a time, for myself, and for the Civic. Expectations exceeded. Solo detailer right now at the shop. They are booked out for 2 weeks, I think he said. I got lucky today, haha. I'll be back again !
