I needed a coolant flush and hybrid battery flush for my 2015 Prius. A little nervous because I know not everyone is knowledgeable with hybrids. But I was very impressed by their service! They made me feel very comfortable with the process and gave me a very fair price. They fit me in on short notice. Would highly recommend this shop. Great people and I will for sure come back.

Posting my Yelp review: I had my old reflector headlights swapped for the matrix ones, and they did a great job. Easy location to find, and the guys were professional. They managed to complete the replacement and software update in about 1 hour. Price is very reasonable. They even had a spot for me to sit and work from my laptop. Small hiccup on my end, but nothing their fault, and I'm happy with the results and loving the new lights. These guys are awesome, work hard and fast. I recommend them big time and please tip them well so they can grab lunch if you can. Overdue review, but I'll be back.

Let's be honest, it's NOT easy to find a Tesla tech you could trust outside Tesla and I could say I'd trust this garage MORE than most official Tesla Service Centers. In my case, our car was not running due to a problem with the PTC heater and they replaced and fixed everything overnight when and much less than the official Tesla estimate. So, yes, I'd recommend them 100% (and no, nobody asked me to write a review about them. I'm just doing it because they deserve it

Had to have a part replaced that was purchased here and I was thankful that they honored the warranty. Khoa at the Covina location was super helpful, professional, and patient, even though I had a lot of questions. These are good people and I recommend them for any Tesla work.

I took my Tesla there once. The guy said it'd be $280 to check it out. Then I had it towed there. He said my AC was out of freon. I told him to fill it, and the next day he said it was done. But when I left, it was still messed up, and he wanted $500! I was pissed and only paid $400, even though it was still broken. The shock absorber wouldn't go up. But then I went to the Tesla place in Rosemead, and they fixed it right and only charged me $150. Thanks, Mr. Kwan at QT garage.
