I called yesterday, a day the shop was actually closed, needing brake pads for my son's Talaria. I need them quick because we are heading out of town to ride in two days. I spoke with Nate, who was amazingly helpful. He arranged for next day delivery (which wasn't even that expensive) and sure enough I am holding the brake pads in my hand less than 24 hours later. Not only were they quick and helpful they were kind while doing so. This will be my go-to place from now on. I wish I could give them 10 stars. This is the best shopping experience I have had in a very long time. These guys have it figured out!
