Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Keela was very professional and and courteous. She recommended only the services that my vehicle needed and provided me with a list of things that I should get done in the near future. After reviewing the list with my husband, we have made the decision to return to Valvoline to get those services performed to help keep my vehicle running smoothly and last longer. I am so glad that Keela took time to explain the services recommended for my vehicle. I also love that Valvoline reports to Carfax so that all records are updated on my vehicle. Just visited Valvoline instant oil change in Gahanna to have them check my oil. It wasn’t time for me to get my oil changed according to the mileage, but it hadn’t been changed for about six months. They took a look at it and said that it looked fine and I did not need it changed. Then they also checked my tire pressure, all for no charge! They are super nice and friendly and I will definitely be back!

They always do an excellent job and are very thorough. Technicians are extremely nice and you can tell they enjoy their job. Service is quick too which is very conveniently. 15 minutes oil change, in and out.

I visited this location today for the first time, and if/when I'm in or near Gahanna whenever I need an oil change, I will definitely be back. CHRISSSY was the employee who helped me, and she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, handling our interaction and her tasks with managerial confidence.
