Jed and the team did an amazing job assisting us with both EV rental, car repair, and diminished value claims for an accident that we were in last year. Jed made sure to keep us in the loop the entire process, starting with drop off of our vehicle to repair shop and immediately giving us access to a rental that matched the configuration of our EV. He was able to work with the other party’s insurance and advocated on our behalf the entire way with both the repair shop and insurance company. He also did an excellent job ensuring handling our diminished value claim and worked with us to recover a fair amount of the value lost because of accident. They redefined my experience with rental companies. Had no idea getting a rental could be this smooth and easy. Jed is incredible. Excellent communicator, knowledgable, zero bs, and kind.
