John runs a top notch shop based on integrity and doing the right thing, whether your looking or not. I was one of his first customers who needed a starter replaced and alignment done. He was upfront with competitive, fair pricing, so I took a shot. I knew the starter would be a pain (2015 gen coupe 3.8); you have to remove/loosen an engine mount and jack up the engine a bit to replace the starter, I wasn't comfortable doing it on my own. I provided the part and he got it done the next day (i was not in a rush). He also let me watch and see what he was up to in his shop and just hang out! First thing I saw him doing was a full engine swap, so clearly he knew what he was doing. John and Deanna spent hours with us on a late Saturday afternoon, carefully explaining what was happening with our car so we fully understood the issue. They even took the time to drive us to several parts stores to make sure we could find the correct part. It’s rare to find a shop that is not only skilled and transparent, but also so considerate.
