When my brother's car broke down, we first brought it to the dealership where he had purchased it. Unfortunately, we were told that the warranty he bought wouldn’t cover the repairs—and even if it did, they weren’t equipped to complete the work. Sitting in the dealership parking lot, we felt completely lost. That’s when I remembered Elite Auto Care. I had never been there before and wasn’t sure what services they offered, but I gave them a call and spoke with Abass. After a helpful 10-minute conversation, we decided to bring the car to the shop and talk in person. Right away, I was impressed. I really appreciate the ability to get our cars in when we really need to have them looked at thoroughly. One of our cars needed air conditioning and it was under a warranty that was a little bit challenging with the warranty company. The other vehicle needed a diagnosis and then after they replaced the wastegate actuator, the vehicle Has so much more power. We found this repair shop through purchasing our car at a used car lot. They recommended this mechanic and we have been so happy with the service so far. We really do appreciate them so much!

These guys are so great! I was doing an oil change at home and my oil filter was completely stuck. I tried everything! I ended up calling Elite Auto Care and they drove all the way out to help me (on a Saturday evening!). They got my oil filter off and didn’t charge me a dime. Good, honest people like this are rare breed nowadays. Anyone who uses these guys will be lucky to have them as their mechanics!

Elite Auto Care has great customer service. They’re friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Abbas was great at explaining what the parts of my van do that need to get replaced. I never felt rushed when asking questions and talking to him. Zane was also great at working on our vehicle.
