They went above and beyond and ill tell you what, they saved us $6000+ because the vehicle had so many issues! They provided an itemized detailed inspection report with pictures and more. I had a really good experience at State. I brought my truck in for a pretty big job (timing belt & radiator) and they identified a few other items that needed attention that I already knew about. No attempt to upsell or anything. Really friendly and knowledgeable place. I would bring any of my vehicles here again.

I have utilized State Street Automotive since the current owner was a teen; and his lovely wife had not heard of Utah! As their invitation to review stated: if you did not have a good experience, please contact us, so we can make it right. The details are irrelevant, but initially I was not happy. I’ve learned to cool down, so I am communicating, NOT merely reacting. So gave it a couple days to mellow. I stink with names … I voiced my issues. I was invited to come meet with the owner, Trent (?). I missed Trent, but his wife offered to meet.As we were wrapping up, I complimented her for her communication, sincere listening and proposing a better conclusion than I had even considered requesting! Therefore, despite a speed bump, they made it better than just alright! Great shop! Great people!

I loved the experience I had here! Everyone was incredibly kind and got me very excited for the car I purchased when they went over it for the pre purchase inspection! I could feel the love and passion they have for Toyotas and I’m glad I found them, I’ll for sure be back soon!

Todd and everyone there are very friendly and accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday morning when they already had a full workload and shorthanded on top of that! Within a few hours Todd called and informed me my truck was done and good to go !!! Excellent people service and I would rate them an 11 out of 10!!
