I called and asked about a specific vehicle that was on the lot and I was told a price which was not the price I was told when I got there. The man that came out with me to check out the vehicle was rude. Even though I had cash in hand to buy the vehicle out right. He treated me as if I had not a dollar to my name. Im sorry I ever stopped at this ran down no good name having shop. Please dont purchase a vehicle from these people.

A representative attempted to steer me toward a sedan, which I deemed unsuitable. I instructed him to seek alternative solutions that would better align with my existing vehicle's caliber. Should he fail to find a comparable option, I advised him not to contact me until he had consulted with the finance department. I emphasized that I could readily obtain another vehicle with comparable features in Michigan, with my existing credit and employment status, without requiring my wife's financial information.
