Very highly recommended. We broke down a few miles north of Ukiah. Had a great tow truck driver and when we asked him for a mechanic recommendation he said his whole family uses Elite, the reviews online were good, so we went with them. Our experience was excellent. I chatted with Marco on the phone before we arrived in the tow truck and explained the importance of getting our plan (had to be in SF by the next morning) back on track. Marco understood exactly what we needed (timely information so we could make a decision about rental cars, hotels, etc.) and we didn't have much time to waste. They were clearly ready for us when we arrived as Marco started examining the car as it was rolling off the tow truck! Very professional and straightforward. Did a great job showing us exactly the problem with our exhaust and exactly what it needed to be fixed. These guys feel very trustworthy.

Elite Auto came to my rescue the day I called and replaced the leaking radiator in my 2013 Honda Accord. Marco showed me photos as well as an in-person look at my damaged radiator. They were very courteous and did a great job finding the source of the problem. Now I have heat again inside my car, what a relief! I will for sure return to have them work on my car in the future.

Our engine light started flashing just as we passed Ukiah on our way back to Oregon. So we got online found this shop and it was a family owned and rated high shop so we went there and asked them if they could help us. They were incredibly kind, took our car right in. Found the problem, replaced the part and we were back on the road after just about an hour. Very fair price and really professional and nice people. Definitely support them if you live in Ukiah!
