Cathy Schaus always answers my phone calls or gets back to me the same day. She always knows the answers to my policy questions. I have been satisfied with all claims for the 10+ years I have been a customer of SF.

Even before I became a customer their service was stellar. Kether would call and check on me not as part of a sales call but as a new resident in the area. Rosa was nothing but extremely helpful when I did come in to get a policy.
