I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X 5.7 on February 17, 2026. I paid $11,781.72 in cash. At the time of purchase, the vehicle had 82,505 miles on it and came with what I was told was a 3-month/3,000-mile dealer warranty. Within just seven days, at 82,844 miles, the check engine light came on, the ETC light came on, and the temperature gauge stopped working. I hadn’t even owned the vehicle a full month before it started having serious issues. I called the dealership on February 25th at 11:08 AM and spoke with Steven. Bought my 2017 silverado here a little over a year ago only to find out today while trying to trade it in to downsize that the carfax report says two major accidents and its worth less then half of what I paid for it. So moral of the story is no matter how friendly they are to you its only to distract you from the truth about the vehicle's history, now becoming recently disabled i have a truck i can't get in and out of or trade in or sell. Just picked up my first pickup truck! I had the pleasure of working with Ruby and she was absolutely amazing. Test drove this 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi 4x4 and fell in love with it. Originally there was an issue with the parking brake and driver side mirror. I addressed it to Ruby after the test drive and she went to get it fixed immediately. Best price for the mileage and all the upgrades it already came with. Everything I wanted in a truck. I stayed there 45 min after closing and Ruby was thorough with the entire purchase. Will never do business with this dealership again. I purchased a vehicle back on September 11 of this year as a repeat customer and it has now had 2 repairs that I have had to haggle them for, when the vehicle was supposed to be under their 90 day warranty. The first repair the sales manager tried to force me to pay out of pocket and I had literally just made my first car payment. I also purchased an additional warranty, but they seemed to not want to fix my vehicle under either warranty.I have now lost 2 jobs due to their selling me a complete lemon. I lost my first job due to the fact that I had to haggle with them for so long to do the right thing. They are liars and scammers. They have you give them a 5 star raving review at purchase, hoping that maybe you will forget you did that when
