Kyle helped us SO much. He was extremely kind and patient with us. This was my first car purchase and the whole experience was so fast. 10/10 experience couldn’t recommend them enough.

-0/10. Would not recommend at all. Bought a vehicle from them that had issues from the beginning within 24hrs of getting the vehicle. According to them nothing was wrong it was a small simple fix all it needed was having some dash lights cleared off, not inspected but just cleared off and tadaaa like new again. They did send me to their service shop and come to find out this car is just a whole dumpster fire. They did pay for some repairs, but neglected to approve a lot of other issues. Their own mechanic even said the car was never brought it for an inspection or had any maintenance done beside topping off fluids. By the time I got the car back it was (continue tally for them) a couple of days from the dealers 30 day warranty from expiring. I just wanted to be done with those scumbags so

Excellent experience. They were not pushy nor did they give the typical salesmen vibe. They listened to our needs and limitations and worked hard to find the option that worked for us. I was grateful that they kept the experience as stress free as possible. Robert Hurst was amazing to work with.

Elite Autos have a great team, I dont usually complete reviews unless a company/team deserves it. Gene was great and kept me informed the whole step of the way and kept a honest upfront outlook when going through the process of financing. Kaitlyn was great too, she make look a little intimidating from the distance but once she opens up she has a great personality to keep people comfortable. I recommend any and all service members to consider this spot when looking for a new ride. I will definitely be coming back for further services.
