Elite Auto Service is top notch. I brought my 2015 BMW to them for an oil leak. I thought I was in for $1500+ worth of repairs. I was beyond thrilled when I was told it was a simple fix. Not only did he fix the leak and changed my oil, he replaced a bulb, removing a pesky warning, as well as replaced the battery in my key fob. All of this work for less than what it would have cost to get my oil changed at an oil change place. He could have easily over charged me and completed work that was unnecessary. This guy is a stud and an honest person with integrity. Look no further than Elite Auto Service. For the record, I have never wrote a review before, however, with this level of service I felt it necessary.

Words can’t express how glad I am to be a client. Layne keeps my auto at its best and so I feel safe to road trip anywhere at any time, professional shop with great service.

We were on vacation from Canada and passing through Salem, Oregon when our BMW acted up. We called Elite. They were very busy but tested the car and were able to get it running and us on the road again. Fantastic service from Layne and so appreciated him helping us. They were reasonable, efficient and quick to help. Would recommend them highly and will use again when in Salem

I have a white 2013 Range Rover evoque! My first time taking my car in for repairs. Not trying to be dramatic but hands down best mechanic process ever. I was dreading taking my car in but they truly made it easy. Great communication and by that I mean they would call me and let me know the cost, the time frame it would be done and they sure did follow through. I’m taking my car there from now on with any issue it comes across. My car runs great again. They fixed every single thing I was having issues with and there’s nothing to complain about. I also really like that the place is highly secured with cameras. I’m a happy customer and I hope I don’t have anymore car problems but if so I know where to go. Thank you guys!
