February of 2025 my ball joint broke and left me stranded. I called triple A and they sent out elite. The first drive brought the wrong block and ended up causing more damage to my car. They sent out a second truck, he took a report and they took my car and fixed it for free, Set up a rental for me after 4 days and I was super greatful. I got my car back and 2 months later the ball joint they fixed snapped again! The part didnt look new at all. I was stranded again and couldnt get ahold of them, another company towed it to my house and I got ahold of Elite a day later. They sent out a driver to get the car so they could fix it as it was under warranty. My experience started at the estimator dept with Patrick and Trinity- BOTH very sweet and customer oriented. They took what was a run-around from my insurance (Allstate) and a huge hassle (even though it was relatively minor damage and was going to be paid for by the other insureds company) and helped immensely. THIS IS HOW you do CUST SVC. I can’t begin to say how terrible the service was with Allstate contrasted with how truly great it was at ELITE. He did the estimation interview with my company that kept telling me pictures were OK and then they were not after waiting two days repeatedly each time and he took care of it for me. Then they were very good at keeping me informed on what was going on with my car and even giving me a heads up on what would be the better location for rental

Crystal was excellent! I made a call to AAA and she called me within 5 minutes. I thought I would have to wait for an hour and she was here within 10 minutes! It was also wonderful to see a woman in this male dominated industry. She was knowledgeable and helped me with my tire issue. She even took her own cap off her truck to help me! That is outstanding service! Thank you Crustal!

Elite did an amazing job on my Honda Civic! I love the way they kept in contact with me throughout the entire process making me aware of everything including when insurance was not covering certain things I needed done! I was able to be involved throughout them having my vehicle and I felt confident & comfortable unlike most shops where I usually have to contact them 😮‍💨 my vehicle came back better than ever and everything came with a lifetime warranty! They even offered a service for a little fee extra to clean my car inside out I was so relieved to get my baby back without any issues! Thanks elite & to your wonderful staff who was so sweet to me it’s not easy finding great customer service these days … you guys are a GEM 💎😇😇😇😇😇

Jeff was great! Got stuck in the plowed snow downtown after it being parked in the big storm. Car was missing the tow hook he would’ve traditionally used but he managed to finesse it out another way cleanly. Super helpful and a nice guy. Definitely recommend Elite Auto Services if you need roadside help.
