Our family was stranded 10 hours from home when the fuel pump went out in our truck, and a winter storm was fast approaching. Jon answered the phone, and was very helpful. He promptly ordered the parts and recommended a great towing service. They jumped right on it, as soon as the truck was delivered to their shop. Within a couple hours, we were back on the road. The pricing was fair and reasonable. As a small business owner myself, I'm very impressed with how they treat their customers. Their excellent service was very much appreciated. Excellent experience, saved me a long wait on way to Colorado over July 4th weekend, when my alternator was breaking down Friday after 5PM. I enjoyed time visiting with Jon while waiting for Dan to get my alternator, before parts store closed at 6PM. He had everything out and ready for new part when Dan returned. Wow! Life savers! Disabled Brother stranded with no heater and already spent one night in van at 29 degrees. They were very busy but John got him right in, fixed and back on road extremely fast. What a blessing. They are a little ways out of town but worth the drive. Not only did they take care of our emergency but it only cost me a fraction of what I expected.

Techs were very pleasant and cordial. Called and explained details of needed repairs before doing the work. Repairs were done sooner than expected. Thought cost was a little high, but have not had much recent experience with vehicle repair costs, so may or may not be higher than average.

These guys are great. They were friendly to work with and had reasonable prices. They made sure I was satisfied when I walked out the door and were very knowledgeable about air ride suspension. Easily the best mechanics in town to work with.
