I cant recommend Elite Auto Work enough. During my lunch break today, my tire slipped off a ramp and left my car stuck with one wheel hanging off the side. I was stressed and honestly felt overwhelmed and unsure what I was going to do. I didn't even have an appointment, but the owner was so sweet and kind , she immediately had her guys come help me. They spent a good 30 mins working on my car, literally on their hands & knees, and never once rushed the process nor acted bothered. You could tell they truly care and wanted to make sure everything was done right and careful. They saved me from needing a tow truck and saved me so much money, time, and stress. I was so close to crying, so their kindness meant more to me than they prob realize. Good, trustworthy car repair shops are hard to find

I was driving to Tennessee from Dallas and broke down in Texarcana on a Sunday when all shops were closed. My radiator started leaking and I was stranded on I30 in Texarcana and just called the first number of a repair station that I came across on Google. The Elite Autoworx TXK owner Dylan picked up the phone and he told me all his mechanics were out of town since it was almost Christmas. But he assured me that he wasn't going to leave me and my family stranded. Later he sent a mechanic who showed up where I broke down only 10 minutes later. They did the hard work to fix my radiator, only for the owner later on to tell me that he just felt like helping us out and we should not worry about any payment on a RADIATOR REPAIR. My check engine light came on in my car while traveling through Texarkana, buy good fortune I happened to be close to Elite Autoworx. The owner came right out, diagnosed the problem, and quickly fixed it. They were able to get me back on the road quicker than I thought possible. Thank you guys and I will definitely recommend you to everybody.
