Best auto mechanic in Bend! I have been horrified by some of the customer service I have received at auto shops in my years and especially these last couple years. ESP corporate.. It’s confusing. This place puts shops that hammer your car back together to absolute shame!!! So organized, polite, and knowledgeable! Real experience pays. Some real quality service and work. Done on time. Updates. Even brought me back to show me stuff which I love!!!!! The whole 9 yards of kindness and honesty. Thank you, Elite Fleet. 🧡

Nate was able to solve two electrical issues for me, one unique one that I've been struggling with for over 3 years that multiple other shops and two Ford dealerships couldn't figure out. He got me into the shop really quickly and out the same day. His willingness to dig in and diagnose the issue was something I have never experienced at any other shop. He explained everything to me so clearly and the cost for what he performed was very fair. Definitely gained a customer for life.
