Aneta was great helped me a lot she went above and beyond for me to get approved by the bank since my credit wasn’t excellent also stayed with me during the entire process she made sure my car was on point before releasing it to me. The DMV gave me some issues and Chris stepped up and made sure I got my plates I will highly recommend them they answered all my questions they treated me like family and I felt the good vibes since day one so far my car has been great I already put 4k miles on it and it’s driving smooth. Thank you guys next time I want to purchase a used car I will go check their inventory before any other small dealer.

When I purchased my car on Saturday, I was told it would be ready the very next day. Instead, I waited two full weeks before the car was finally ready. During that time, the blonde-haired employee I was working with ignored my calls and texts and eventually blocked my number, making communication nearly impossible. I attempted to cancel the purchase due to their failure to meet the promised deadline, but the dealership refused to refund my deposit, even though the delay was completely on their end. When I finally received the car, there were multiple issues: • The car battery needed to be replaced • The key fob battery needed to be replaced • There was no tire pressure sensor I had to pay out of pocket to fix these problems, despite being charged $1,250 for a warranty that was supposed

VERY UNHAPPY! I reached out to Chris and the woman he works with. With the blonde hair. Chris is never available. He’s running a poor business. And About my SUV. I just bought the suv 2 months ago and it has engine problems. These ppl are scamming ppl out there money. There getting these lemon cars and selling it to people. I reached out numerous times. To get help. After I bought the car out they said I had no warranty. But when I left we ended up talking about how I was going to need one. I don’t know how of a sudden I just don’t have one. The lady said she will get back to me and see what she figures out about my warranty and it’s been a week. I highly would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable car.
