Awesome product. One of those parts you think might be a little overpriced, until you get it on the bike and use it. Looks and feels excellent. Ez pull clutch lever, perch and brake side set up.

Placed an order and after 3 emails looking for my order, after a month of it not shipping, someone finally got back to me. Apparently it got “forgotten.” They no longer had the colour I wanted but in a few days were getting another shipment. I agreed to wait so I could get what I ordered. The re-stock day came and went and my order still hasn’t shipped. I reached out and no one is getting back to me again. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Was an issue with original order I placed they sent the wrong product got in contact with them. They seemed to be willing to help they sent a replacement product out and yet again was the wrong product. Called once more they said they would send the right product weeks went by without any updates. I called back a few times but got no real response countless emails gone un-answered. Finally I decided repurchasing the proper product for a second time was the only real solution. Quality of the product was decent but terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything unless you’re confident in their ability to pull the product you order the first time around.

These people are difficult to deal with for a return on a Christmas gift. My wife purchased a clutch perch and lever with the brake lever for the other side. I have a different brake mastercylinder and could not use the lever on my bike. So I would like to return just the brake lever. Been 2 weeks and we still don't have a return authorization. Several emails back and forth. Me and my wife have emailed. I have sent in a copy of the invoice with the order # and the shipping address. At this point I just want to return the entire set-up and not deal with your company any longer. This should have been a simple thing but you have turned it into a big hassle. I was excited to try out your product. I have a 1 Finger clutch set-up already but have your Brembo RCS19 Lever and really like it. I wa
