Exceptional service! Saved money by not ordering online. They did a tire/wheel package along with leveling pucks and alignment. Free tire rotations and will re-torque the suspension at the first rotation. Everything by the book. The 100 day same as cash no credit check was super easy. Another shop told me I needed break right away, they measured them and let me know they weren’t recommend yet and closer to half the life remaining.

So we had some high end custom 1/1 wheels made for the shop RS3. I called around everywhere in town trying to find someone that would mount the tires on the new wheels. After they heard the price of the wheels, they declined or said they wouldn’t accept liability if they were damaged. Then I called Elite Tire. They said bring them down. They mounted the tires (265/30/19) on my 19x9.5 wheels. Not a single blemish anywhere. They were absolutely perfect in every way.. We will be recommending all our customers to them for tires and aftermarket wheel packages. Also if your looking for a lift kit I was standing right next to the tech installing one on a f350 super duty, and he was meticulously checking everything, making sure the lift kit he was installing was perfect in every way. I had a Zoom meeting at 9 and I had to attend it, John worked with me by writing notes to communicate with me and I’ve never seen anything like that. He had tons of patience and waited for me to be able to respond before moving forward. I went through the easy finance process with John. He got those tires ordered and in his shop fast, and his team got them put on the car fast as well. Absolutely great customer service and care towards his clients. I will be coming back for a set of rims!!
