I took my 2015 Chevy Tahoe to Elite Transmissions after searching for a transmission shop near me, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Mike, the mechanic, was clearly knowledgeable and took great care of my vehicle, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. Deborah kept me in the loop the entire time, calling with timely updates and making sure I always knew what was going on with my Tahoe. Everything ran right on schedule. My appointment started on time, the repair was completed when promised, and my vehicle was returned quickly. If peace of mind had a location on my map for Trusted Transmission repair, this place should be in yours because it’s on mine.

I wanted to share my awesome experience with Elite Transmissions and all their staff. I have a classic square body Chevy and am grateful to find such knowledgeable mechanics who actually know how to work on these older trucks. When I came in, I couldn't shift into any gear to save my life. My steering column was also very loose which is fairly common with this vintage of Chevy. I couldn't tell where my problem was, but after the diagnosis was explained to me over the phone, I knew that a complete transmission rebuild was in my future. Long story short, they not only repaired the transmission to where it drives like a brand-new truck, but they also repaired my loose steering column as a courtesy since it was pretty unsafe as is! Really impressed with these guys. My 2018 silverado had torque converter issues (like the rest of them), and had already been rebuilt by GM. The GM rebuild lasted about 20k miles, and TC went out again. Elite rebuilt it with an upgraded billet TC, and replaced most of the guts in tranny, for a fraction of what GM charges, and did it in a timely manner. Been ecstatic with my truck since they've worked on it! AND....they are great, down to earth people, who understand your woes. Mike and Deborah are great folks, and their work is fantastic!!!! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
