Hands down the best place to buy your first motorcycle! From day one, you all made me feel like family - whether I was buying or just asking a million questions. Huge shoutout to Travis for being an awesome person, Janet and Brandon in Parts for helping me up with everything I needed, and Matt in Service for taking great care of me. You all seriously went above and beyond.(Matt literally helped me getting it delivered to my home which is very far) Captain BOB he is great when your getting it delivered ask for captain bob he will double the excitement I came in as a customer and left feeling like part of the family. Purchased my preowned 2023 Indian Pursuit Elite from Elkhart Indian Motorcycle at end of July 2025. They offered me a good price on my trade and I was happy overall with the deal. This is one of the few dedicated Indian dealerships local to me, with only one other brand in house. I prefer these expert Indian mechanics to powersports dealers, where the techs have to work on everything. When your motorcycle is worth $20k-$40k, I want an expert doing the work.

Can't believe its been almost 6 years since I first walked in through these doors and almost 6 years overdue for me to write this. Bought 4? Bikes from elkhart, one from another dealership and never again will I not buy from elkhart. Service advisors and techs are second to none and get the work done right, the first time. Brought a challenger in for a 15k service and the tech who performed it made the bike feel like it had 0 miles and just came off the assembly line. No pressure sales for anything, service is fast and has options to get your bike to and from the dealership even during the snowy months. If you buy from anywhere else, youre wrong. First responder owned business, with many of the employees vets and first responders. Thank you again chris and Ann for fostering an environ
