I had an excellent experience with Kuhly’s! They were friendly, helpful, and got me scheduled quickly. I was most impressed with how they treated me and took care of my vehicle problem. I highly recommend and will be back!

Horrible experience! Took my BMW in for diagnostics. Paid for a scheduled consultation. “Mechanic” printed out diagnostics and refused to discuss any of the issues detailed on report. Said they were too busy. Meanwhile “mechanic’s” wife also refused to call coordinating body shop to discuss issues. She claimed she was too busy although there was not one soul in the shop other than the staff. These were the rudest, most unprofessional folks I’ve encountered. Wow. I have no idea how they can continue to do business.

Colby is great at Kuhlys Import Specialist they are the best. My son is in school at Culver-Stockton College and we needed to find a reliable mechanic since my son comes from Seattle, WA. Colby, knows his stuff as a previous mechanic myself in my teenage years he can talk in a mechanic language to me and he is honest, thoughtful, and straight forward he understands my son is on a budget and gives options for him to maintain his own vehicle to save costly repairs. What are the top couple of things you want in a repair shop? Obviously, competency is important but honesty is paramount. Friendliness is a bonus. Being treated how you would want to be treated is exactly what will happen when you go to Kuhly’s. Highly recommend and will continue to go back.
