Elliott Automotive

I've worked with Elliott Automotive on two recent back-to-back tire issues and I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently they serviced my car. They also went to bat for me with some initial insurance challenges. Communication and service are excellent here. They've earned my trust and confidence and I will certainly return should any future needs arise.

This is a little late post. I usually don’t go after ppl/businesses unless things are really bad. First thing first, the behaviour of the shop owner is extremely atrocious. When I gave a one-star review on CARFAX based on their service, he called me back and started shouting on why I gave that rating and used unprofessional language, which is absolutely unacceptable when you are talking to a customer. Now, I should explain, why I gave one-star in CARFAX review. They did a tire change for my car about 7 months back. At that time, they lost the wheel lock key, which came into my notice only when they told me last month, when I took my car again to them for a routine tire rotation service. They did not take any responsibility and later lied saying that they had offered me a replacement. Eve

I have been doing business with Elliott Automotive for well over 20 years and have had nothing but great service. They have worked on multiple personal and work cars for me. Just this month I had them perform Ford's 100,000 mile servicing of my Explorer. Another great experience, work done in a timely fashion and right on budget.

Without a doubt will be coming back each time! For reference I have been into this shop 3 times in the last month of so. Kit (manager) and Selina (admin) are both extremely kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I trust this company with all my car care and never worry about the authenticy of their care for my car.

As someone who is passionate about cars and works on them as a hobby. There are certain jobs I don’t feel like doing and this place is the only automotive shop I trust to work on my cars. On top of that they loaned me a car while my car was getting engine installed. Fair pricing and a great group of honest people.
