Travis went above and beyond his duty — instead of just waiting for the tow next time, he tried everything he could to help her, even attempting to reprogram the keypad on her Ford so she wouldn’t have to wait. Completely unprofessional experience. Ellis Brothers Towing claimed “someone called” for a tow, yet when I arrived, their driver Pete had just pulled up. I called Sue, who first said her boss got a call—then changed it to a text. The story kept shifting. To make it worse, I was quoted $295, then suddenly it became $275, cash only. The lack of transparency and shady communication says everything. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car.

Son's car broke down on his way to work at 5am. Called Ellis. Car was towed to a mechanic and we were home before 6am. Excellent service.

It took an hour l abd half longer. Than we were told . So I waited almost 3 hours. Luckily I was in a safe place and my heat worked in my van. Or I would have froze to death.
