Ellsworth Springs, 55+ Manufactured Home Lifestyle Community

Except for the excessive 46.5 % rent increase this park is amazing! The dog park and pool are a dream come true! I finally feel at home! I never want to leave. I hope I don't have to. It would break my heart.

Such a wonderful community! My mom lives here and she just loves it. Very clean community. They even have a Yard of the Month which everyone loves. She tells me that they have tons of weekly community events which bring everyone together. The manager is so kind and helpful. So glad she lives in a nice community! Would highly recommend!

We moved here a couple months ago from the Midwest. Arizona life is new to us but we are very happy with our choice in moving to the small community of Ellsworth Springs. Management is very helpful and aware of what our community needs. The people here are friendly yet are not overly intrusive. There are a variety of activities so you can pick and choose what interests you. We are also very happy with the location in the East Valley/Mesa. Good shopping, restaurants, hiking and other amenities are close without having to get on freeway or city traffic. Yes, we are loving Arizona and most especially Ellsworth Springs!

Moved into Ellsworth Springs (Pueblo Grande) in 2008 because of the well-kept homes and gorgeous palm trees surrounding a sparkling pool and the same image remains to this day. You can be a loner or as active as you want to be - there is an activity at our clubhouse almost every day/evening/weekend. Have seen quite a few owners/managers come and go but, in my estimation, Cobblestone (our new owner) is the "best of the best". They are entirely "hands-on" with all of the residents, meaning friendly, competent and eager to help in any situation.

My in-laws live here and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Took my son for a walk around the park and people sitting outside their house were offering us oranges, grapefruit and lemons. We did not cross paths with anyone who didn't say hi or wave. I highly recommend if you're over 55 and looking for a friendly place with plenty of amenities and a gated entrance to stop by.
