Very\n Good collision place went there a week before I got my car fixed, got an estimate and everything was good to go from that point on, felt really comfortable mark and is cruel. Did an excellent job on my 2009 Dodge grand caravan? I would give them a 10 star rating, not a 5 excellent service, very nice people highly recommended.

We had our HUD replaced by EC on our 2019 Audi Etron. Great customer service and open communication from start to finish. No upselling, honest and professional work. Great shop and highly recommend.

They refused to work on my car because I was paying out of pocket and l can't afford the full repair that I would get with insurance, Worried about their reputation. That people will see a not so perfect repair and I might tell people they did it. Ridiculous. I would tell people if they even asked, that they did exactly what I asked them to do, no complaints, and they they are a professional shop. But how can I when they simply refused. What kind of reputation will you get when you won't do a repair for someone paying cash? Then to promise you'll e mail the next day with possibilities of used parts, and not a word. Great experience from start to finish! I hit a deer and needed work done to my front bumper/hood. Looks like a brand new car and the employees were great! Went above and beyond - even when I asked them to complete work that wasn't on the initial estimate. I got two quotes, and this one was the much better option. Even if the quotes are similar, I advise bringing your car here!

I am thoroughly impressed & pleased with the customer service & workmanship of the staff at Elmwood Collision. Staff was upfront, respectfull & knowledgeable. My car was ready when they said it would be & their workmanship was excellent too! Not that I expect to need their repair work done again but if I'm ever in a situation where I need a collision shop again I know right where I'll bring my vehicle!
