I was just like you. Reading through reviews of auto shops to figure out where to get my car repaired. I saw how many positive reviews this place had and figured I'd give them a try. I was NOT disappointed. They do walk-ins, so they were able to evaluate my issue, provide a quote, and repair my dangling exhaust system in just about 2 hours at a very fair price. Their work comes with a lifetime warranty. Even the other customers in the waiting room were telling me about how good this place is, and how long they've been coming here because of the work they do and the honesty they provide. This place has an amazing reputation, and now I see why. My new neighborhood go-to for car repairs! I encourage you to come here.

I learned my lesson, sometimes you just need to have things done right the first time. “You get what you pay for,” tale as old as time. Joe and Tim are my Christmas miracle. I can actually drive my care safely to visit family out of state because of their quick and correct repair job. I don’t even want to post the horrible before photos from another shop that butchered my exhaust. Thanks Mufflerman staff

Best exhaust service shop in WNY hands down. Arrived at 3:30, one of the techs (Connor) put the car on a lift within 5 minutes of me showing up with no appointment, took me in back to show me the issue, was very detailed in explaining it, and I was out there in about 30 minutes with the problem fixed for $160 out the door. No up selling or other BS. I’ve used them before and can’t say enough about the transparency, education, efficiency, and reasonable cost. I wish all service shops followed their model!

Called them, they said they don’t do appointments just pull up. I pulled up, they got me right in. 45mins and done. Great price. Highly recommend these guys. Great service. Truck quiet like mouse again.

I had the best experience at Mufflerman yesterday. I was recommended to them by Ralph at Integrity Auto, who had given me a quote but said a muffler specialty shop would probably be a better bet. I was not disappointed! The guys at Mufflerman quoted me half the price, as they are able to do more, and had me out the door in under an hour. I couldn’t be happier with my experience there.
