This is the most irresponsible place I've been to, people don't work at all, I waited three hours for my car to be picked up.

Very terrible management. Every time i pick up a vehicle i buy from Manheim auction i always have to wait over an hour for them to bring it. They apparently have 1 driver who brings all the cars to the transporters which is so ridiculous. They are a huge company but can’t even hire few people to bring cars to the transporters. If this keeps continue I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I am from transportation company, we got a request for transportation vehicle from this location, it was scheduled for pick up on Saturday, when my driver arrived there, security office told us, that they closed, and he need to wait till Monday. Are you serious???? 2 days??? In my dispatch contract was written that your working hours for pick up M-Sun 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Also I called to your office on Friday, they repeat it to me the same. Thank you for good understanding and for wasting our time!!! Good job Carvana!

I’m a transporter. I come here very often to pick up some vehicles for dealerships. This place used to be very fast. Come, pick up and leave. But lately it’s getting too long to pick up vehicles. Because the security is not sending our paperwork to the right place on purpose and porters, who bring our vehicles, don’t want to bring our vehicles. They even don apologize. Today they cost me $1500. I don’t know if they have something against me. Bad management!!!
