Roger took amazing care of my vehicle and went above and beyond trying to find an affordable and honest but most important practical solution to my issues. The team there was very transparent from the beginning and in tune with my options. Not to mention the timely manner in respect I received as well. Took my Jeep in for AC issues and explained exactly what was going on. They called and said it was ready so when I got there I thought they were able to fix the issue it was having with the fan. All they did was recharge the AC and I had told them that was done the day before. They never addressed the issue about the fan that was switching on and off really fast. They told me I could bring it back but there would be another charge for diagnostics. Another?? I was taken advantage of completely and do not appreciate them attempting to do so again. This place is dishonest.
