I had a very disappointing experience with Emerald Transportation Solutions. The service was extremely late, which caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my schedule. When relying on a transportation company, especially one that is supposed to be dependable, timeliness should be a basic expectation. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. What made the situation even worse was the poor communication. There was little to no update about the delay, and it was difficult to get clear information about when the ride would actually arrive. I had a very disappointing experience with this transportation company. Their customer service was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. When I tried to ask questions about my pickup time, the staff was rude and seemed annoyed that I even called. No one provided clear information, and I felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all. For a company that relies on customer trust and punctual service, their communication and attitude were unacceptable. I would not recommend using this company if you expect reliable service or respectful customer support.

Terrible experience. The cold storage vehicle we received was defective and did not maintain the proper temperature, which is completely unacceptable for a transportation company that’s supposed to handle temperature-sensitive loads. On top of that, customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond when we raised the issue. Overall, very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend using this company.
