Emissions To Go

I have been going here for years and it was wonderful until today... The guy working the booth on Saturday was not the gentleman we usually see. This guy didn't even know the person in front of us was there because he was sitting in the booth with headphones on. The car in front of us had to get out and go ask if he could pull in. Once that car pulled out I expected the employee to wave us in or at least acknowledge us. He turned his back to the bay and picked at something on his wrist the whole time we were trying to pull in. Needless to say, we just pulled through and left. Pretty sure the car behind us did the same thing. This is not how you get return customers. I don't know who this guy is but he is losing business for this location.

Update as of 11/2024...last year I gave this place a 3 star rating due to a negligent employee. But since I have had good service here in the past 15 to 20 years, I returned to Emissions To Go this year and had a much better experience. The young lady working was attentive, polite, and efficient. Total time there was maybe 10 minutes. And FYI, they have moved to the old car wash building.
