Locally owned and it shows! Felix and family took great care to get me scheduled for urgent tune-up care and tires. After investigation of my well loved 2008 SUV, Felix sent a couple videos of seriously mobile tire rods! Felix's concerned honest communication is much respected. Felix was able to prioritize my vehicle needs while keeping on budget! Even with four new tires (had the money!get her done!) He also offered an open discussion on my older transmission. He even didn't hesitate to give me a ride home & back to pick up car. I felt cared for, like family! Thank you, Empire Auto! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ❤️❤️❤️ H
