Brought my Nissan rogue Into the body shop and worked with Stephanie she helped me through the whole process, explained everything as far as the insurance claim and Handled it all for me. She was so professional everything was done in a very timely manner. What a great team she has. This was the second time that I had my car brought into the body shop. The first time they did. Excellent work wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would just like to say I would be lost without Steph. She has been so amazing and accommodating for my fiance and I. Losing our SUV to a deer has been terrible and she has worked with us with a rental car for the past almost 3 weeks and it has been a life saver! Especially as a family of 6 just introducing a newborn. It would have been awful for us not to have transportation. Thank you for helping us you have been so kind and it is truly appreciated.

Brought my car in to have front end work done. Super friendly and helpful staff. Steph was amazing and made it a very quick set up. Picked up the car today and again fast and easy and the car looks great! Definitely would highly recommend.

Steph at Empire was amazing. She was on top of everything and made the whole process very smooth and easy. She provided a brand new rental, kept me updated on the status of my repairs , and dealt with insurance company. My car had significant damage but when I picked it up , it was like brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the repairs as well as customer service!

Steph is the BEST! She is so kind and very helpful. She reassures you and is very responsive. My car looks very nice!!
